My first experience buying a car was a good one. I needed a car badly because my car died and was very old. My mother-in law bought a van from you and told me to go and talk to Connie. Connie told me that Sara would help me and she did. This is my first car that I ever bought with my own money in my name. I wasn’t expecting Sara to help me as much as she did. All I had to do was show proof of employment. Sara took care of the rest. Everything happened so fast. I had a new car in 2 days!

Single, alone and a starting over in a new community I didn’t know what I was going to do when my car took it’s last breath. My failed marriage resulted in a personal bankruptcy so I knew getting financing for a vehicle would be near impossible. You personally walked with me to my new car and I’m sure you remember that I cried. I cried because the car was beautiful but most importantly I had an opportunity to re-establish my credit. You treated me with great respect at a time when I was picking up the pieces of my crumpled life. I can’t put into words how positive and pleasant my experience was and continues to be. Thanks to your caring and sensitive nature I walked away with my dignity, standing tall and proud.
An old quote seems appropriate to describe my experience, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

Recently my car had broken down beyond repair. I was in the market for a new vehicle, but because of my previous bad credit history i was unable to get approved for financing or obtain a co-signer. (Even most of the "bad credit lenders" would not deal with me) ... Until i contacted Victorea at 911Autoloans.
Victorea not only put me into reliable vehicle, but did so very quickly as i needed too for work. She made what seemed like the impossible to me, possible and her service has not stopped once I drove off the lot. Since then Victorea has contacted me numerous times, to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and thanking me for my business.
